Dolan utilizes geospatial data in order to contextualize issues of election access and conflicts of law on Tribal lands that impact the administration of state and federal elections. Any map herein was created by Dolan.

This ArcGIS online map shows Tribal lands, state boundaries, and county boundaries. There is a layer that shows which Tribal lands are not wholly contained in a state and/or county. Additional layers summarize this information with varying emphasize on Tribal lands or county boundaries. Note: there are a few false positives for Tribal boundaries that overlap certain county boundaries. Data sources are listed on the map.
